Today we’re going to dive deep into my Instagram™ content plan. You’re probably wondering what types of content you should be posting.
You’re also probably wondering if there is some kind of formula for you to stick to in order to have organic social media growth.

When it comes to Instagram, you have to have a consistent business brand and look. Not only this, you also have to have some kind of branding strategy.
There has to be a certain type of content that you post to your social media to really help you stand out within your niche.
Whether you’re in the Network Marketing business, trying to sell a certain product, or you’re building an online coaching business, you need to be clear and consistent with your social media posting content plan.
This is exactly what I’ll be tackling in this episode.

For every person who follows you on Instagram, there is a human on the other end. When you think about it this way, you think about yourself.
Ask yourself why you follow the people that you do? Why do you pay attention to the type of content they’re posting?
You think about what is in it for you.
For example, I follow Marina Simone on Instagram because there is something I can gain from her. Whether its knowledge 💡, content ideas, or just a smile, there is a REASON I follow her.
If you’re thinking about what your audience is getting from you, I want you to shift that thinking.
Instead, I want you to think about what you’re giving your audience on social media. How are you serving your Instagram followers? How are you showing up on social media for the people you want to impact?
You won’t have to look at the amount of money that you’re not making. You won’t have to look at the content you wasted by just throwing it out there.
Everything will make sense based on the impact that you’re making on a community or certain type of human.
I want to help you build a deeper connection with your audience on social media.
I also want to help you truly identify how you want to serve them with the related content that they want to see (not the content that you want to give them).
This will help you 10x your DMS, engagement, and your wallet 💰. But in order to do this, we have to know how to serve.
There are 3 different strategies I use when it comes to posting content on my Instagram. I’m going to share these with you and help you shift today!
One of the things I thought for the longest time when it came to building an organic following was that I had to be this massive influencer on Instagram with hundreds of thousands of followers to make money.
What I didn’t realize was that it wasn’t about the number of Instagram followers, it was the followers themselves that mattered.
If you’re fearful of not having success because you don’t have an ish ton of followers, I want you to shake that away right now because the size of your social media following legit doesn’t matter.
The posting strategy that I also call my 3 pillars helps me keep my content in check.
This will help you generalize and niche down the type of content that you should be posting.
Instead of copying what other people are doing, you want to be the model of what people should be doing with your message.
Think about the problem your audience on social media is facing. What is that common problem that your audience is having that you can show up and help them solve? 💭
In a nutshell, why do you think your audience is following you?
Most of the time, we’re trying to post viral content to get more likes, followers, and engagement.
Instead, we want to show up with the exact type of content that our audience is looking for.
This could mean that you have to go to other social media platforms and ask the questions.
It could also mean reaching out directly to the people who are following you to ask them what kind of problems they’re facing in your industry.
When you know the problem, you can bring them the solution.
Something as simple as going live and doing a Q&A to see what it is your audience is struggling with can really help you build a deeper connection with them.
Show people you’re real, raw, and relatable. You don’t need to be a perfect Instagram model 💅 to make money.
In fact, I have a really deep connection with a lot of postpartum moms and we love to share our real, raw, and relatable selves with each other.
We show up with no make up 💄 on. We show in our stories our REAL genuine selves especially when we’re not perfect. We show up as the real humans we are and that’s what’s being craved even more and more on Instagram.
Show up as the real you because being perfect doesn’t 🙅 equal more money.
People are sick and tired of seeing the perfect lives and perfect bodies on Instagram because they know that things aren’t always puppies and rainbows.
There are real humans behind the Instagram profiles, so what’s that real, raw, and relatable content that you can share and show up with?
Figure out how you can entertain your audience. You don’t have to be super professional 24/7. I want people to know I’m a real human so I entertain them when I can.
I started having some fun on TikTok with my work wife.
Every now and then I use one of our silly dances as content. TikTok is a great place where you can go and just be you and let loose.
Being a perfect professional all the time can get boring 👎and your audience would appreciate seeing seeing you let loose and get silly.
Your audience needs to know that there is a realness to you and entertaining is a great way to do that. Being entertaining shows people that there is more to you than just the business side.
Sometimes I showcase my kids. Other times my husband and I make fun of each other.
If I go out on a weekend to have fun, I share that too. People want to connect and feel all kinds of emotions.
In a nutshell, I think about 3 pillars when it comes to the types of content I should be posting on my social media.
The first pillar is to figure out a problem that your audience is facing and then help them solve it. The second pillar is to show up real, raw, and relatable 💯.
The third pillar is entertaining your audience. If you build your content around these 3 pillars, you will 100 percent achieve organic growth on social media.
The size of your following doesn’t matter because it doesn’t always convert to sales.
If you’re not building a deep connection with your audience based on what they want to hear from you, you’re just going to be throwing out a lot of quality content that won’t make you money.
Followers are humans and they need to feel some sort of emotional connection to you.
