I was talking to a couple of people today

and one of the things that came up was 💡

“I don’t ever want to build again. If I do this, I want to set it up and forget it.”

Um. No, Boo.

We can’t do that. 🙅

Then, it occurred to me:

one of the reasons some of us are always rebuilding and replacing

people in our network marketing businesses is that we forget that we’re always supposed to be building. 😃

Network Marketing is a BUSINESS just like any other. ❤️‍🔥

But some of you don’t see it that way. 🤔

You see it as a set it and forget it

“join my team and get your people to join my team and we’ll get rich quick 💰

” thing and that’s not it at all.

If you had a shoe store,  👠

you wouldn’t want to make ONLY a certain amount of money and ONLY let SOME people sell them.

You’d want to keep selling (and letting others sell!) ❌

your shoes so you can grow. Right? That’s what business is…

Building Is What Network Marketing Is 💹

You have to constantly and consistently

be selling, growing, building, and replacing.  🔥

Now, I know some of you have MLM PTSD or just a bad taste in your mouth

because of some companies out there. 😐

But, let me tell you,

that doesn’t mean that all companies suck.

So don’t make up your mind that you’re not going to try again.😊

Because if you want to build a life that you love,

one that gives you the freedom to do and live the way you want to, ❤️👠

everything has to be completely different.

But you’re not going to “join” anyone’s business.

That means that you’re going to always want to be building, mkay, Boo?

Because only amateurs “join” or have people “join” under them. 🤝

Leaders launch. 🚀

I don’t want to be chasing people down and

trying to get them to perform or replace them any more than you do.

Which is why “joining” isn't a thing in my business.

I want people who are interested in launching with me. 👋

I want people who are going to take the lead

and create their own success out of the tools I give them and launch their own leaders! 🏆

Just like Tom Brady couldn’t retire, I’ll never stop doing this either. ⚽
