1. Network Marketing First Impressions

When Meeting People Through Your Network Marketing Business:

Be friendly. Be yourself. Be welcoming. Be helpful.


As John Melton likes to say, “People can smell commission breath from a mile away.” ❤

and taught that she wants people to know she’s not looking for their sale, she’s looking for their testimonials. 📃

You want your customer to be a story. You’re looking out for their well-being.

Build a relationship first. Whether you are in a product or a service-based business, people need to know you’re not in it just for the sale.

Be a good human and show people that you are looking out for them.

2. Stay In Touch With People You Meet In Your Network Marketing Business

You’ve built a little bit of rapport with people using Marina’s 333 Method to fast-track that rapport, now stays in touch.

They don’t need to be someone you reach out to every day like you reach out to your bestie.

We don’t have time for that.

But…



They need to know that you didn’t just make the sale and run…so follow up with them.✔

Product-based businesses, check in to see if they received their product. Ask when they’ll be starting, etc.

If you’re in a service-based business, keep them up-to-date on their project’s progress.

Continue to foster that relationship by asking questions or reaching out about content you see them post.😉

 

3. Be Grateful To Customers Who Buy Your Network Marketing Products

Say thank you.

Make sure they know you appreciate them and their business.

You would be shocked to know how many brands DON’T do that.

And it’s a real mark against someone when they choose not to acknowledge a purchase with gratitude.🥰



Never forget that they can always choose someone else to buy from.

PRO TIP: Use handwritten notes to make your thank you more special and to truly stand out.

 

4. Be Honest With Your Network Marketing Customers

Do what you say you’re going to do. Don’t promise the moon if that’s not going to happen.

Follow-up when you say you’re going to.

Submit their order when you say you’re going to.

Do what you say you’re going to do and deepen that trust they have for you.

Don’t exaggerate.🎯

For example, someone asked me how XXX tasted and I said, “Personally, I like it.

I think it tastes lemon-y with a little zest. But some people don’t like it. Just drink it fast and it’s going to do what it says it’s going to do.”

Her response was, “I so appreciate your being honest, so many people would have said they love it and it tastes great just for the sale.” 

 

When you work to keep your network marketing customers happy

you are working to create something more, something deeper than a sale.

And they feel it 💖
