5 Things You NEED To Build Your MLM Business While Having a Full Time Job

DUDE, believe me, I was there once before …

Full-time job, running a household, being a parent, working that 9-5, the list goes on and on…

How in the world do you find the time to do this while you are trying to …

*Keep the lights on

*Keep the car paid

*Get food made

*Make sure your kid(s) is successful in school

*Be a great wife/mom…

ALL of those things that are needed to have a happy life, BUT, you NEED your MLM business to help get that extra income in and keep that savings $$$ growing!

In this Episode, I am going to tell you the 5 Things You Need To Build Your MLM Business While Having a Full Time Job

If you have ever felt Lost …..Broken…..Desperate… 

Just know, I’ve been there and so have many other  6 and 7 figure earners in this industry. They have suffered pain, made sacrifices, and have gone through the struggle!

But it’s what pushed and tormented every single one of us to get to where we are ! 

I was broke as joke in my first 2 years of my business. I mean… so embarrassing, my car was repossessed while I was at work. I was working out of desperation.

It sucked ! And let me tell you….People can FEEL how desperate you are presenting yourself. There is a reason you are going through the things you are going through right now.

This is YOUR story, you will use this down the road to share with others. So don’t get too caught up in your BOOHOO dramatics and not make a dollar because of it.

Now…..Let’s dig into the 5 things that really made it happen for me.

1. You need to SEE THE OPPORTUNITY

You need to marry the process and divorce the results! Stop getting so caught up in the “when are you going to make the big money”  because patience is the key !

Your Chapter 1 is not my Chapter 34 ! Stop comparing yourself to others. I knew this was a way out for me. I just needed to find the patience and see WHY I was working so hard to get there

Everyone wants to make a million but not willing to to make sacrifices

SEE the opportunity and BELIEVE in it. 

2. Set TANGIBLE GOALS

You need to have a daily, a weekly, and monthly goal as well has having that 1 year, 5 year and 10 year goal.

Having those daily goals will be there so you stay in action!  That’s really powerful!

Daily– So you stay in action

Weekly – To celebrate your wins

Monthly – To celebrate your teams/customers wins

1 year and beyond – To keep that vision strong of where ultimately you want to be

3. MAXIMIZING your time 

It’s so important that you are working smart while you are working hard.

You have to start time blocking! Find your time in the nooks and crannies!  This may mean sacrificing weekends, no more TV, and setting aside sometime for your business so nothing gets in the way!

When the kids are in bed…. it’s full on ACTION mode baby!!!

Work your business every time you open up Facebook, Instagram, or whatever platforms you are using.  Try not to get caught scrolling through the newsfeed and gaining miles on your thumb. Get on there with a PURPOSE! Work your business EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THAT APP! 

4. LEARN the System – WORK the system  – TEACH the system

You don’t know where to start.

You don’t know what to do.

You don’t know how to follow up.

So learn it! And wash, rinse, repeat.

When I asked a multiple 7 plus figure earner Todd Falcone what was his top tip for getting to where he was in the industry he simply responded with,

“I learned the plan, I worked the plan, I taught the plan, A Million plus times!”

We tend to complicate things as humans. If you don’t learn it, work it, then teach it, your business won’t  DUPLICATE. Duplication is what creates that beach money (P.S. Mexico was a BLAST!!) and what creates that residual income.

That’s what is so beautiful about this business. Work it anywhere and create TRUE duplication!

5. Taking Massive Action

Look, excuses will always creep up but “Determination is the key to success”

You either see the plan or you don’t !

You have a WHY or you don’t !

You either have this desire deep down inside or you don’t !

Put your blunders on and focus on Y  O  U !  Do not let one person bring you down and take you away from where you want to go. That one thing that is holding you back, it’s just NONSENSE, it’s not real!

Stop getting caught up in the stories you are telling yourself and stop getting caught up in the negative things people are saying and the rejections you are getting. Get OUT of that hole. You can absolutely change your life in the next 12 months, 6 months and for some of you 3 months.

You need to have that complete FOCUS or all the noise and nonsense is going to get in your brain and stop you from becoming the rockstar and HEELER that I know you are.
